What is the delivery time?
Orders placed before 17:00 are delivered tomorrow on working days, we also deliver on Saturdays!
It may happen that a single order is delayed. If your order 2 days after the expected delivery time has not arrived? Please contact us.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs for all orders are FREE.
How will I receive my order?
We use PostNL letter mail. Our gloves are designed to fit through the letterbox, so you do not have to stay home to receive your order. PostNL will deliver your order to the address provided.
Is it possible to track my order?
Yes, that is possible. After placing your order you will receive an email from PostNL with your Track & Trace within 24 hours.
Can I return my product?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt.
How can I return my product?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you can exchange or return it within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition and with all labels and tags attached. The product may not contain any traces of use.
A return shipment must always include Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
If we have received the items returned by you, they will first be assessed. At the time the product is approved, we ensure that the purchase amount within 14 days after receipt on your account.
