Ordering & delivery

When can I expect my order?

Order on a weekday before 23:59? Then your order ships the same day and usually arrives the next day.

Occasionally an order may be delayed. Has your order still not arrived 2 days after the expected delivery date? Just get in touch with us.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free from €35. Below €35, you pay €3.95 in shipping costs.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with your Track & Trace code.

Can I return my order if I'm not satisfied?

Yes. You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. On the Returns page you can read how it works and what the conditions are.

Are the gloves certified?

Yes, our gloves are EN407 and CE certified.

Are all products food-safe?

Yes. All our products are approved for food contact.
